Beacon Radar provides summaries of public building-permit records for informational and sales-prospecting purposes. Data comes from public records published by the cities we cover, including the City of Boston, and may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or any business result.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

You agree to contact people only in ways that follow applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, do-not-call rules and CAN-SPAM. You may use briefs inside your own business but may not resell or republish them.

We collect your email address and payment details to deliver the service. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your information.

Permit data shown on this site is public record published by the cities we cover. If you want your account or email deleted, contact us and we'll do it.
